Through this section, XTERRA Greece will keep you up to date with articles on training and nutrition, giving you tips and advice from top coaches as well as helpful information to help you get better at all 3 sports. At the same time, it is suggested - to anyone who wishes - to participate at the free trainings provided by XTERRA Greece, which gives you the opportunity to adapt and get to know the race terrain.
At the same time, it is suggested that you participate in the free trainings that XTERRA Greece provides to anyone who wishes, but gives the possibility of acclimatisation and adaptation to the race. It is an effort carried out by XTERRA Greece aiming at the development of sports, showing the athletes, how affordable and passable can become the sport that seems so extreme! The trainings start at the beginning of the year and are performed by experienced athletes/coaches, trusted by XTERRA Greece, knowledgeable of cycling and running routes (these two sports take place in workouts) almost every Weekend. They are open workouts without any participation fee and athletes of all levels can take part.
